Halibut salad recipe details
Ingredients
500 g | halibut steaks, cooked, cooled |
lemon juice | |
salt and pepper, to taste | |
For the Dressing: | |
3 large | potatoes, peeled |
1 tsp | salt |
1 tsp | pepper |
1 tsp | mustard |
1 tsp | powdered sugar |
2 tbsp | vinegar |
Instructions
Cut halibut into small pieces, season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with lemon juice.Cook potatoes until tender. Drain, let dry, and beat to a dry powder with a fork or mixer. Add salt, mustard, pepper, powdered sugar and vinegar. Mix well and pour over the halibut.
