Ingredients

500 g halibut steaks, cooked, cooled
lemon juice
salt and pepper, to taste
For the Dressing:
3 large potatoes, peeled
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp powdered sugar
2 tbsp vinegar

Instructions

Cut halibut into small pieces, season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with lemon juice.

Cook potatoes until tender. Drain, let dry, and beat to a dry powder with a fork or mixer. Add salt, mustard, pepper, powdered sugar and vinegar. Mix well and pour over the halibut.
