Hacienda eggs recipe

- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup salsa, plus additional salsa for garnish
- 2 cups corn chips
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- sour cream
Combine eggs, mayonnaise, and 1/4 cup salsa in a bowl and mix well. Stir in chips and green pepper. Pour into a greased 9-inch pie plate and bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serve with sour cream and salsa. Top with additional chips if desired.
