Hacienda del desierto recipe details
- Ingredients:
- 3 pears
- 2 cups granola with dried fruit & nuts
- 1-1/2 cups vanilla yogurt
Slice pear in half lengthwise. Cut off stem and crown at other end. Scoop out a shallow area along with seeds and core. Fill scooped out area with granola. Bake at 300 degrees for about 40 minutes. Top with vanilla yogurt. Garnish with walnut half and sprinkle with nutmeg. Serve pear warm.
