Instructions
Cut each avocado in half, remove the pits and scoop out the pulp into a bowl. Mash lightly with a fork. Add the onion, chillies tomato and cilantro and stir with a fork until well mixed. Season to taste with lime juice and salt.Accompany the dip with Tortilla Chips or raw vegetables. Serve immediately, as the mixture gradually darkens when exposed to the air.
