||ripe tomato,peeled and finely chopped|
||fresh serrano chili peppers,finely chopped|
||fresh cilantro,finely chopped|
||fresh lime juice|
InstructionsCut each avocado in half, remove the pits and scoop out the pulp into a bowl. Mash lightly with a fork. Add the onion, chillies tomato and cilantro and stir with a fork until well mixed. Season to taste with lime juice and salt.
Accompany the dip with Tortilla Chips or raw vegetables. Serve immediately, as the mixture gradually darkens when exposed to the air.
