Ingredients
100 g | butter |
100 g | flour |
1 liter(s) | beef stock |
1 medium | onion |
125 ml | cream |
100 ml | white wine |
250 g | bacon lardons, smoked |
2 tbsp | wholegrain mustard, like Marne |
Instructions
Chop the onion. Melt the butter and fry the onion. Donīt let the butter get brown!Add the flour and whisk it until the butter, onion and flour becomes a ball. Keep the ball in motion until you hear a sizzling sound (it means the flour is ready).
Bit by bit add the beef stock and the white wine and stir it.
Bake the lardon until crispy and add it to the soup just before serving.
