1 cup uncooked grits
1/2 pound grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 stick butter
3 eggs, well beaten
1/3 cup plus 1 Tablespoon milk
Instructions:

Cook grits as directed. Add remaining ingredients and mix. Pour into greased casserole or quiche bowls. Bake at 350 degrees until set.
