Grilled trouts recipe details
Ingredients
3 | trouts, washed, gutted |
½ tsp | salt |
30 g | butter, unsalted |
1 tsp | pepper, freshly ground |
3 tbsp | corn oil |
lemon juice | |
1 sprig(s) | rosemary |
1 sprig(s) | thyme |
baked potatoes |
Instructions
Season trout with salt and pepper on the inside and outside. Spread soft butter on the inside of the trouts and stuff with a twig of thyme and rosemary.Grease a dish with corn oil and place the trout inside. Preheat the broiler or prepare BBQ grill.
Grill the first side for about 3 minutes, turn over and grill second side for another 2 minutes.
Serve with baked potatoes.
