Ingredients

For the marinade: | |
10 cm | ginger root, peeled and roughly chopped |
1 bunch(es) | coriander leaves, chopped |
2 tsp | white cumin seeds, toasted |
1 tsp | black cumin seeds, toasted |
2 clove(s) | garlic, peeled |
2 tbsp | lemon juice |
2 tsp | mild paprika powder |
1 tsp | turmeric powder |
1 tsp | salt |
Instructions
In a mortar pestle the cumin seeds to a powder. Add the remaining ingredients for the marinade and pestle until the paste is smooth. Place the lamb tenderloins into a shallow dish and rub the paste all over the meat. Marinate for 2 hours in the refrigerator.Grease a grill hotplate with oil and grill the lamb tenderloins for approximately 4 minutes, turning them occasionally.
Serve with fresh salad and flat bread.
