Grilled red onions recipe details
Ingredients
8 | red onions |
10 tbsp | olive oil |
4 tbsp | vinegar |
2 tbsp | fresh marjoram, chopped |
salt and black pepper |
Instructions
Cut onions into slices. Mix the remaining ingredients to a marinade. Place the onions in a bowl and add the marinade. Close the bowl with a lid and toss strongly until the onions are well coated. Leave to soak in the fridge for several hours. Every now and then shake the bowl again.Toast the onions on a greased grill from both sides.
