Simple cookies are a base for peanut butter cups in this simple dessert for the grill.

Ingredients
Makes: 40 cookies
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1-3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 40 miniature chocolate covered peanut butter cups, unwrapped
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 10 mins
1. Preheat grill to 350 degrees F.
2. In one bowl, combine butter, sugars, peanut butter, egg, vanilla, and milk. Beat until smooth.
3. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, and baking soda. Add gradually to the butter mixture. Shape into small balls, place on insulated baking sheet, and press down a little bit with a fork.
4. Place sheet on grill and close the lid. Grill for 10 minutes. Open grill, remove from heat, and place 1 unwrapped peanut butter cup in each cookie. Cool.
