Ingredients
Serves: 4- 3 tablespoons mustard
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves
- salt and pepper to taste
- 8 lamb chops, trimmed
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 10 mins | Extra time: 30 mins, marinating1. Combine mustard, rosemary, vinegar, oil, garlic, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Pour into large resealable plastic bag and add lamb; seal and refrigerate for 30 minutes to marinate.
2. Preheat grill to High and lightly oil grate.
3. Place lamb on grill and cook for 5 minutes, then flip and grill for 5 minutes more. Serve.
