Grilled asia chicken with salad recipe details
Ingredients
600 g | chicken breast fillet |
2 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
2 tsp | curry powder |
4 tbsp | chili sauce |
2 tbsp | sesame oil |
4 tbsp | lime juice |
4 tbsp | chicken stock |
2 tbsp | honey |
4 | tomatoes, diced |
300 g | lettuce |
salt and pepper |
Instructions
In a bowl, mix together the garlic, curry powder, chili sauce and oil. Season with salt and pepper and toss the chicken in the marinade. Cover and allow to steep for 15 minutes.In a separate bowl, mix together the lime juice, chicken stock and honey. Season with salt and pepper. Add the tomatoes and lettuce and mix well.
Grill the chicken breast from both sides for 6-8 minutes and serve together with the salad.
