Green sauce recipe details
Ingredients
1 medium | egg, hard-boiled, shell removed |
300 g | bread, crust removed, softened in water |
1 tsp | wine vinegar |
5 tbsp | olive oil |
fresh parsley, chopped | |
salt, to taste |
Instructions
Mash hard-boiled egg with a fork in a small bowl, until quite smooth and creamy. Add the chopped parsley to the mashed egg.Crumble the soaked bread and add to the other ingredients.
Sprinkle with oil and vinegar and beat the mixture together thoroughly. Season with a bit of salt.
Leave in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
