Green Peppercorn Steak Sauce recipe

|2 medium||red onions, chopped|
|1 tsp||green peppercorns|
|2 tsp||grain mustard|
|150 ml||single cream|
|juice of 2 lemons|
|salt and pepper, to taste|
Sauté red onions in a saucepan over low heat, until soft. Stir in the crushed peppercorns, mustard and brandy. Add the cream and lemon juice and stir until heated trough.
