Ingredients
- Tomatoes – 2 (chopped)
- Green chilies – 6
- Garlic – 6 cloves
- Ginger – 1 piece
- Fresh coriander (hara dhania) – 1 bunch
- Black-eyed peas (sufaid Lobia) – 2 cups (boiled)
- Roasted coriander seeds (sabut dhania) – 2 tsp
- Desiccated coconut (khopra powder) – 4 tbsp
- Salt – ½ tsp
- Oil – ½ cup
Instructions
- Blend green chilies, garlic, ginger, cumin seeds, coriander, fresh coriander, coconut, salt and ½ cup of water in a blender
- Heat oil in a pot and fry tomatoes
- Add blended masala and fry
- When oil surfaces, add black eyed peas and cook on dum for 10 mins. Serve.
