Green fruit jelly dessert recipe details
Ingredients
1 kg | gooseberries |
500 g | kiwi |
500 g | green grapes, seedless |
40 g | corn starch |
300 g | sugar |
750 ml | grape juice, green |
Instructions
Wash grapes and gooseberries. Peel kiwis and cut in bite-sized pieces.Combine corn starch and sugar and mix with a small amount of the juice until smooth. Bring the remaining juice to a boil then stir in the cornstarch mixture. Bring to the boil again, then remove from the heat. Fold in the gooseberries and the grapes, reboil, then add the kiwi.
Ladle the green fruit dessert in individual glass dishes or a large glass bowl and place into the fridge for some hours or until set.
Serve with single cream, whipped cream, ice cream or vanilla sauce.
