450 g | mayonnaise |
120 ml | sour cream |
2 tbsp | scallions, chopped |
2 tbsp | tarragon, chopped |
2 tbsp | chives, chopped |
2 tbsp | tarragon vinegar |
salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste |
