|250 g||green beans|
|2 tbsp||fresh lemon juice|
|1 tsp||dried parsley|
|salt and pepper, to taste|
InstructionsCook beans in slightly salted water until tender, about 5 minutes. Drain.
In a bowl toss beans with lemon juice and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
