Green asparagus with smoked salmon recipe details
Ingredients
3 tbsp | Dijon mayonnaise |
1 tbsp | yoghurt |
3 tbsp | Dijon mustard |
16 stalk(s) | asparagus |
8 slice(s) | smoked salmon |
1 | bowl of rocket salad |
1 tsp | honey |
Instructions
Mix mayonnaise, mustard, honey and yoghurt, season it with salt and pepper.Cook the green asparagus in salted water until it is “al dente”. Pour the mayonnaise mixture over the salmon, on top arrange two asparagus stalks and a bit of the rocket and role up the salmon with the asparagus and rocket inside.
Serve with toasted Ciabatta.
