Greek style seafood pasta recipe details
Ingredients
450 g | pasta |
500 g | mixed seafood, cooked |
2 | spring onions, sliced |
2 clove(s) | garlic, chopped |
4 tbsp | olive oil |
2 cl | ouzo |
130 ml | dry white wine |
400 g | tomatoes, peeled |
1 dash(es) | sugar |
salt and pepper | |
1 tbsp | oregano |
1 tbsp | dill, chopped |
1 tbsp | parsley, chopped |
Instructions
In a saucepan, heat 3 tablespoons of oil. Add the garlic and the spring onions and sauté until lucent. Pour in the ouzo and the white wine. Add tomatoes, parsley, dill, oregano and season with sugar, salt and pepper. Simmer over low heat for 10-15 minutes.Meanwhile, cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Pour the cooked pasta into a serving bowl and mix together with the remaining olive oil.
Stir the seafood into the tomato sauce and cook for further 2-3 minutes until hot. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Pour the seafood sauce over the pasta. Mix well and serve.
