Greek style minced meat kebabs recipe details
Ingredients
600 g | ground beef or lamb |
2 sprig(s) | rosemary, finely chopped |
salt and freshly ground black pepper | |
1 | onion, chopped |
3 tbsp | olive oil |
2 clove(s) | garlic, chopped |
Instructions
Mix the minced meat with onion, garlic and rosemary. Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate for approximately 1 hour.Press the meat mixture around skewers like sausage shaped rolls, about 15cm long and about 5cm thick. Grill the kebabs or fry them in a lightly greased pan for approximately 10 minutes or until nicely browned all around and just cooked through.
