Ingredients

2 | onions, chopped |
500 g | tomatoes, diced |
4 tbsp | olive oil |
salt and pepper | |
some | thyme |
Instructions
In a saucepan, heat the oil. Add the beans, onions and tomatoes. Cover and cook over low heat until the beans are done, but not too soft, you have to check occasionally.Season to taste with salt, pepper and thyme.
