Granny omelet recipe details
- Ingredients
- 1 bag country hash browns
- 12 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- cheddar cheese
- 1 bag seasoned croutons
Brown potatoes; set aside. Whisk eggs in milk and scramble in margarine. Add to potatoes. Add croutons and lightly toss. Put in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a 325 degree oven just until cheese melts. Cut into squares.
