Grandma's pork tenderloin recipe details
Roast pork tenderloin topped with apple sauce and bacon.

Ingredients
Serves: 4- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon sage
- 1/2 teaspoon white sugar
- 1 pound pork tenderloin
- 3 strips bacon
- 2 cups apple sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Preparation method
Prep: 15 mins | Cook: 1 hour 30 mins1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
2. Mix flour, salt, dry mustard, sage, and white sugar in a small bowl; rub mix all over tenderloin.
3. Place bacon strips on top (fat side up) of pork. Combine apple sauce, brown sugar, and cinnamon; pour over bacon topped roast.
4. Bake until bacon is crisp and pork is cooked, about 1 1/2 hours.
