|For the sauce:|
|250 g||Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled|
|240 ml||crème fraîche|
|pepper, ground, if desired|
|1||avocado, peeled, pitted, thinly sliced|
Mix the cheese, crème fraîche, and a bit of pepper, if desired, in a food processor, until smooth.
Cook the pasta al dente, drain, and place the pasta is a bowl. Top with the sauce and toss well to coat.
Garnish pasta with avocado slices.
