Gluten free chocolate cupcakes recipe details
Ingredients
105 g | millet flour |
240 g | white rice flour |
50 g | unsweetened cocoa powder |
5 g | baking powder |
4 medium | egg(s) |
250 g | white sugar |
155 g | sour cream |
240 ml | milk |
10 ml | vanilla extract |
5 g | baking soda |
some | salt |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 175 degrees° C.Grease two 12 cup muffin pans or line with paper baking cups.
In a bowl, stir together the rice flour, millet flour, cocoa, salt, baking soda and baking powder.
In another bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, sour cream, milk and vanilla. Stir in the dry ingredients until smooth. Then spoon the batter into the prepared cups and make sure that the batter gets divided evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool in the pan set over a wire rack.
