Ingredients

105 g millet flour
240 g white rice flour
50 g unsweetened cocoa powder
5 g baking powder
4 medium egg(s)
250 g white sugar
155 g sour cream
240 ml milk
10 ml vanilla extract
5 g baking soda
some salt

Instructions

Preheat oven to 175 degrees° C.

Grease two 12 cup muffin pans or line with paper baking cups.

In a bowl, stir together the rice flour, millet flour, cocoa, salt, baking soda and baking powder.

In another bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, sour cream, milk and vanilla. Stir in the dry ingredients until smooth. Then spoon the batter into the prepared cups and make sure that the batter gets divided evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool in the pan set over a wire rack.
