Ingredients
500 g | green beans, finely chopped |
small | onion, finely chopped |
1 tsp | fresh ginger, finely chopped |
¼ tsp | salt |
1 tbsp | butter or oil |
60 ml | vegetable broth |
Instructions
Heat butter in a large skillet. Add chopped onion, ginger and salt and sauté until onion is tender and translucent.Add the beans and stock. Cover and cook until beans are tender.
