Simple, spectacular, ginger-infused Vodka you make yourself! Don’t waste your money on premium Vodka, any mid-shelf Vodka (Svedka(R), Skyy(R), Absolut(R)) will do. Try mixing it with soda water, tonic, or ginger ale!

Ingredients

Serves: 40

• One or two large ginger roots, cut into sections.
• One bottle of Svedka(R) Vodka.

Preparation method

Prep: 2 days

1. Cut the ginger into sections.
2. Place ginger into a portable container one would use at a picnic for ice-tea (as in, it has a tap where you press a button or turn a lever, and liquid pours out).
3. Let Vodka sit for 2 days (you do not have to remove the Ginger).
4. That’s it!!
