Ginger and plum sauce recipe details
Ingredients
500 g | plums, pitted and halved |
2 tbsp | sherry vinegar |
3 tbsp | Demerara sugar |
2 tbsp | freshly grated ginger |
125 ml | water |
1 tbsp | light soy sauce |
Instructions
In a saucepan bring all ingredients to a boil. Reduce the heat and cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pass the sauce through a sieve.Goes well with duck or game.
