Ingredients
200 g | Lyoner sausage, cut into thin slices, then in stripes |
200 g | ring-bologna, cut into thin slices, then in stripes |
200 g | onions, halved, then cut into thin slices |
4 tbsp | vinegar |
8 tbsp | oil |
1 tsp | mustard |
1 handful | lovage, minced |
salt | |
black pepper |
Instructions
Blend vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper well, then add oil and lovage. Add the sausage, stir well, and allow to marinade for about 30 minutes.To be served with fresh brown bread or fried potatoes and pickled cucumbers.
