- Ingredients
- 3 tart apples (Granny Smith)
- Honey and sugar
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 3/4 cup flour
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon and 1 Tablespoon sugar, mixed
Melt butter in medium-size pie pan. Cut and slice apples and place in pie pan. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with sugar. Mix together eggs, flour, milk, baking powder, and sugar. Pour over apples, then sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Enjoy.
