1 can Green Giantshoe-peg corn
1 can Green GiantMexi-corn
1 can Green Giantniblets
1 can Bush’sblack-eyed peas
1 can black beans
1 can Ro-Teltomatoes, drained
2 or 3 Tablespoons cilantro, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 small bottle zesty Italian dressing
Instructions:

Drain corn, black-eyed peas, and beans. Add tomatoes, cilantro, onion, garlic, and dressing. Serve with Frito Scoopscorn chips.
