- 1 can Green GiantMexi-corn
- 1 can Green Giantniblets
- 1 can Bush’sblack-eyed peas
- 1 can black beans
- 1 can Ro-Teltomatoes, drained
- 2 or 3 Tablespoons cilantro, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small bottle zesty Italian dressing
