1 kg | spare ribs |
1 tsp | pepper, black, freshly ground |
5 clove(s) | garlic |
salt | |
chili powder | |
olive oil |
Instructions
Make a tangy paste of the oil, garlic and spices. Rub the spare ribs with the paste and marinate for some hours.Preheat the oven to 200°C and bake the ribs for about 90 minutes.
