Garlic grilled fish recipe details
Ingredients
4 | flounder, scaled and cleaned, but heads and tails may remain |
2 clove(s) | garlic, finely chopped – or to taste |
salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste | |
butter |
Instructions
Wash and dry the fish. Sprinkle chopped garlic over the cavity and season to taste.Place a small knob of butter within the cavity and dot more butter over one side of the fish.
Heat the grill for several minutes on a medium heat.
Place on grill under medium heat and cook for 8-10 minutes or until tender. Turn the fish over, dot top side with a little more butter and grill for another 2-3 minutes or until tender and the juices run clear when the flesh is lightly pressed.
Serve with new potatoes and vegetables of choice, or a mixed vegetable platter.
