Garlic cheese grits, recipe Rating: 4.5

Ingredients
3-1/2 cups water
1 cup old-fashioned grits (not instant)
1/4 cup margarine
1/4 pound cheddar, shredded
1/2 garlic cheese roll or 4 ounces Velveetaprocessed cheese
3 eggs
Dash salt
Dash Worcestershire sauce or Tabascopepper sauce
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

Stir 1 cup old-fashioned grits into water; cover and cook 15 to 20 minutes until done. Add small amount of grits at a time to beaten eggs until all are added. Add margarine, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic cheese roll or Velveeta,Worcestershire sauce or Tabasco, and garlic salt into greased casserole and bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Let sit 5 minutes before serving. Top with paprika.

Serves: 6 to 8 (small)
