Garlic baked potato recipe details
Ingredients
1 medium | jacket potato |
1 clove(s) | smoked garlic |
butter, to taste |
Instructions
Pierce potato skin. With a sharp thin knife, cut a square wedge out of the potato extending into its centre. Keep the wedge.Peal the garlic clove and force into the hole in the potato. Use the potato wedge to reseal.
Cook at 180°C until cooked through or until soft (when gently squeezed). Cut in half and add butter to taste.
The garlic will have completely disintegrated and the flavour permeates the potato.
