Fudge Bar recipe

Ingredients
115 g | butter |
20 g | cocoa powder |
50 g | brown sugar |
60 ml | milk |
450 g | powdered sugar |
1 tsp | vanilla extract |
1 tbsp | water |
30 | caramel candy, unwrapped |
200 g | chocolate chips |
Instructions
Grease a square baking pan.
Combine butter, cocoa powder, brown sugar and milk in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Stir in powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Pour into prepared baking pan.
In another small saucepan melt caramels in water and stir until dissolved. Spread mixture over chocolate layer.
Melt chocolate chips in a bowl over simmering water and spread over caramel layer.
Chill for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
