Fruity compote recipe details
Ingredients
350 g | canned dark cherries, pitted |
350 g | canned sliced peaches, drained |
350 g | canned pineapple chunks, drained |
350 g | canned apricot, sliced |
300 g | dried prunes, pitted |
1 tbsp | grated lemon peel |
1 tbsp | grated orange peel |
120 ml | orange juice |
60 ml | lemon juice |
150 g | brown sugar |
Instructions
Turn cherries and liquid into a large casserole. Add peaches, apricots, prunes, peels, and juices and sprinkle with brown sugar.Bake covered for 1.5 hours at 150°C. Let cool to room temperature, cover, and then refrigerate. Serve with sour cream.
