Dessert in pizza form. Instead of tomato sauce, you use yogurt, your dough is sponge cake, and there’s less pepperoni than fruit. Still, for the pizza lover, it’s the shape that counts.

Ingredients
Serves: 16- 1 cup thick plain yogurt
- 1 sponge cake or angel food cake, cut into 18 (3/4-inch) slices
- 4 teaspoons honey
- 2 cups assorted fresh fruit
- 1 cup sliced toasted almonds
Preparation method
Prep: 20 mins | Extra time: 1 day, other1. A day before you want to serve the dessert: place a large piece of cheesecloth or muslin in a colander. Pour yogurt into the colander, set the colander over a bowl so it can drain, and refrigerate for 24 hours.
2. The next day, throw out the drained liquid. Stir the drained yogurt together with honey. Spread each slice of cake with sweetened honey, and top with fruit and nuts.
