Ingredients
3 | bananas, sliced |
2 | pears, cored, cut into wedges |
2 | apples, cored, cut into wedges |
2 | peaches, pitted, cut into wedges |
1 | pineapple, cubed |
For the marinade: | |
240 ml | grapefruit juice |
120 ml | honey |
¾ tsp | fresh mint, chopped |
Instructions
For the marinade combine juice, honey, and mint.
Marinate cut and sliced fruit for at least 30 minutes.
Place fruit on a skewer and grill for 6-8 minutes.
