|2||pears, cored, cut into wedges|
|2||apples, cored, cut into wedges|
|2||peaches, pitted, cut into wedges|
|For the marinade:|
|240 ml||grapefruit juice|
|¾ tsp||fresh mint, chopped|
For the marinade combine juice, honey, and mint.
Marinate cut and sliced fruit for at least 30 minutes.
Place fruit on a skewer and grill for 6-8 minutes.
