Ingredients
Serves: 1- Ice
- ½ ounce white rum
- 1 ounces golden rum
- 1 ounce dark rum
- 1 ounce cherry brandy
- 1 ounce lime juice
- 1 teaspoon pineapple juice
- 1 teaspoon papaya juice
- Dash of grenadine
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- ½ ounce 151-proof rum
- Slice of pineapple for garnish
- Maraschino cherry
Preparation method
Prep: 7 mins1. Add ice to a tall cocktail glass. Pour in white, golden, and dark rums, and cherry brandy. Pour in lime, pineapple, and papaya juices. Add a dash of grenadine and stir in sugar to dissolve. Float 151-proof rum over the top. Garnish with pineapple and Maraschino cherry.
