Ingredients

Serves: 1

• Ice
• ½ ounce white rum
• 1 ounces golden rum
• 1 ounce dark rum
• 1 ounce cherry brandy
• 1 ounce lime juice
• 1 teaspoon pineapple juice
• 1 teaspoon papaya juice
• Dash of grenadine
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• ½ ounce 151-proof rum
• Slice of pineapple for garnish
• Maraschino cherry

Preparation method

Prep: 7 mins

1. Add ice to a tall cocktail glass. Pour in white, golden, and dark rums, and cherry brandy. Pour in lime, pineapple, and papaya juices. Add a dash of grenadine and stir in sugar to dissolve. Float 151-proof rum over the top. Garnish with pineapple and Maraschino cherry.
