Ingredients
fruit of your choice | |
40 g | shortening |
100 g | sugar |
1 medium | egg |
100 g | flour |
½ tsp | baking powder |
½ tsp | salt |
60 ml | milk |
Instructions
Mix together shortening and sugar. In a separate bowl beat the egg and then add to sugar mixture. Sift flour, baking powder, and salt. Add flour mixture to sugar and egg mixture, alternating with adding the milk.Pour into greased pan and then spread fruit on top.
