Fruit bits coffee cake recipe details
- Ingredients
- Two 6-oz. packages chopped dried mixed fruit
- 3 cups flour
- 1/2 Tablespoon baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon soda
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1-1/2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 Tablespoon vanilla
- Streusel Crumble together:
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 2 Tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Cream butter, sugar, eggs, sour cream and vanilla. Add remainder of ingredients and mix until just moistened. Layer in ring mold with streusel. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
