Fruit and vanilla cream syrup recipe details
Ingredients
90 g | granulated sugar |
120 ml | corn syrup |
120 ml | whipping cream |
1 tsp | vanilla extract |
200 g | fresh raspberries or strawberries, diced |
Instructions
Combine sugar, corn syrup and cream in a large pan. Cook, stirring constantly, until sugar is dissolved. Simmer until syrup thickens slightly.Process fruit in a blender until smooth. Remove pan from heat and stir in vanilla extract and blended fruit.
