Ingredients

2 large	star fruit, sliced
1 tbsp	fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp	brown sugar
150 g	vanilla frozen yoghurt

Instructions

Preheat the broiler.

Place the star fruit slices on a baking sheet and sprinkle with fresh lemon juice and brown sugar. Broil the star fruit slices for 3-4 minutes, until the sugar begins to darken.

Put spoonfuls of the frozen yoghurt into 4 dessert dishes. Garnish the frozen yoghurt with the star fruit slices.
