Ingredients

Serves: 8

• 8 Flour Tortillas
• Oil (enough to fill a pan about a half inch deep)
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1/2 cup honey
• Powdered sugar

Preparation method

Prep: 5 mins | Cook: 5 mins

1. Heat oil in a pan to 375 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. Cut each tortilla radially into triangles.
3. Fry tortilla pieces until golden brown on both sides, remove to a plate lined with paper towels to drain.
4. Make honey butter by whipping butter and honey together, melt desired amount in microwave.
5. Place fried tortilla on plate, pour melted honey butter over top, and dust with powdered sugar.
