Fried potatoes with sage recipe details
Ingredients
10 small | young potatoes, unpeeled |
1 handful | fresh sage leaves |
salt and freshly ground black pepper | |
3 tbsp | extra virgin olive oil |
Instructions
Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly. Cook for approximately 15 minutes until tender. Drain and place the saucepan back onto the switched off hotplate, to dry off the potatoes for a minute.In a pan, heat the oil. Add potatoes and sage and stir-fry until the sage leaves are crispy. Take from heat and season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
Goes well with lamb chops.
