Fried plaice recipe details
Ingredients
125 g | smoked bacon, diced |
2 | onions, chopped |
4 sprig(s) | dill, chopped |
4 large | plaice fillets |
4 tbsp | lemon juice |
salt and freshly ground black pepper | |
40 g | lard |
100 g | flour |
200 g | shrimp, cooked |
Instructions
Drizzle the fish with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.In a dry pan, fry the bacon until golden and crispy. Add the onions and sauté until golden. Set aside.
Turn the fish fillets in the flour and make sure they are well coated. In a pan, heat the lard and fry the fish fillets over high heat quickly from both sides until golden and crispy.
Mix together the bacon mixture and the shrimp. Serve the fish fillets with the bacon and shrimp and sprinkled with dill.
