Ingredients
1 jar(s) | black olives, pitted (400g) |
3 clove(s) | garlic, thinly sliced |
2 | tomatoes, chopped |
1 sprig(s) | fresh rosemary |
4 tbsp | white wine vinegar |
2 tbsp | olive oil |
Instructions
Drain and quickly wash the olives and pat them dry.
Heat the oil and fry the olives for approximately 2 minutes, then add the garlic and fry for another 2 minutes. Now add the tomatoes, the fresh rosemary and the vinegar. Cook until the vinegar has reduced down.
Serve warm or cold as antipasto.. Serve warm or cold as finger food or antipasto.
