Fridge cake recipe details
Ingredients
200 g | soft butter |
1 | egg |
80 g | sugar |
50 ml | evaporated milk |
3 tbsp | cocoa powder |
1 tbsp | rum, if desired |
28 | digestive biscuits |
To garnish: | |
cocoa powder |
Instructions
Line a loaf pan with cling film.Stir together the egg, the sugar, the evaporated milk, the cocoa powder and the rum, if desired. Mix well, until creamy. Add the soft butter and stir, until well combined.
Spoon or layer in turn the butter mixture and the biscuits. Start and finish with the butter mixture.
Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
Transfer onto a serving plate and dust with cocoa powder.
